BBQ Cooking School - May 30th - June 1st - 2025
My BBQ Cooking School is hands on and taught by me, Myron Mixon. We will cover whole hog, pork ribs, beef ribs, beef tri-tip, pork loin, chicken, turkey, pork butts, and beef brisket.
This school is for the novice, the enthusiast, and the trained chef, as well as for the BBQ competitor. The recipes are the same. The difference is who you'll be feeding. Whether you're serving BBQ judges, customers, or just friends and family, you'll elevate your BBQ game at my class. So, come over to my house and let's cook a little Q!

REFUND POLICY: All Sales are Final. There are no refunds on our BBQ Cook School or BBQ Memories Classes. If you would like to be rolled into the next available class, please contact us for assistance.

The Schedule:
Friday Evening - 6pm:
Check-in, and a meet and greet dinner in Unadilla at the compound.
Saturday Morning - 9am:
Class begins bright and early. We're covering
whole hog, pork ribs, beef ribs, pork loin, chicken, turkey, pork butts, and beef brisket.
Sunday:
Class concludes no later than 3:00pm
