My BBQ Cooking School
This hands-on cooking school is taught by me, Myron Mixon. We’ll cover:

- Pork ribs
- Beef ribs
- Beef tri-tip
- Pork loin
- Chicken
- Turkey
- Pork butts
- Beef brisket
This school is for the novice, the enthusiast, the trained chef, and the BBQ competitor. The recipes are the same — the difference is who you’ll be feeding. Whether you’re serving BBQ judges, customers, or friends and family, you’ll make better BBQ at my class. So come over to my house and let’s cook a little Q!

Schedule
- Friday – 6:00 PM: Check-in and meet & greet dinner at the compound in Unadilla.
- Saturday – 9:00 AM: Class begins bright and early, covering all listed meats.
- Sunday: Class concludes no later than 3:00 PM.
